That was great! You poor thing. Unfortunately, complaining seems to only incite people to be louder. My husband and I were pretty much forced out of our place last spring because of terrible neighbors, above and below. He is very tall and the noise was so loud and close to his head from above that he was going crazy. We left the city altogether for a condo in the burbs.
