Internet service out for over 24 hours already. Just called and they said it may be another 48 hours. Do they realize how many people rely on internet for work?

I agree that TWC is definitely not the best in the business, and It is not hard to believe half of the bad stuff I hear about them. Working in a DISH call center, I know that it is tough to take hundreds of calls a day and I know it is not nice to have people calling you names. However, I do know that there is no excuse for rude, nasty representatives. DISH is not like this, I have never worked for a company that takes such pride in its customers and its employees. I am proud to say I work for DISH, instead of being part of a bad company like TWC.
